Failed to connect instance

I don't know why I always get the error failed to connect instance, I changed the connection, changed the machine but it still happens. Meanwhile my friends still play it normally. I don't know where the problem is, searching online I see many people have the same error.

Same. Tried different servers but no one works as it should be. After 10-15 minutes of playtime i am not able to join any map.
