Traial of Chaos Room Stuck

Hi There

I have a lvl 38 Deadeye (ButtonGlutton) Attempting to do my second ascention as ive done on a few charectors before this.

Room one works well, but as i get into room 2 and walk down the lift nothing happens and i am stuck in the room with no way out and no event being triggewred. I cannot pass the ascention test because of this.

PLEASE HELP!

If anyone knows how to fix this please comment. Ive tried the following and it hasnt worked.

- Waited 2 days and tried again
- reset the instance by control clicking on a door and pressing new instance
- Joined a randoms instance and then left the party and tried again.

NO LUCK!
