Spellslinger Randomly Stops Working

The Dueling Wand's bound skill, Spellslinger occasionally stops working even if there's sufficient energy to use the spell. This occurs with the socketed skills Snap and Living Bomb. I have not tested if it occurs with other spells.

This can be fixed by using the corresponding socketed spell by itself, after which Spellsinger will begin consuming charges again. Also fixed by logging out and back in.

I think this is happening because it's trying to snap/living bomb a mob that has just died which for some reason locks the usage of Spellsinger.
