3 towers overlapping, only getting quant benefits from 2 towers.

Hey guys, I have a 3 towers setup, all have 3 tablets with 5-7% quant each, almost every node in the triple overlap were at 30-36% quant instead of 45%+.

It's like I'm only getting the benefits of 2 out 3 towers.

I have to mention that I had 1 or 2 maps in the overlap that had the proper quant, I just can't explain why 90% of the nodes didn't.
