Ancestral Cry buff is not affected by modifiers to expiration rate

Title; despite being tagged Duration and Buff, and having a green border, ancestral cry seems not to be affected by modifiers like "buffs on you expire 10% slower"
I would assume this is because the buff doesn't have a duration itself but is gained somehow during the duration of the warcry, which seems to be unaffected by expiration rate modifiers.
