Black Cathedral doesn't show up, can't leave instance

I'm stuck in the black cathedral and
killed 3/4 bosses but the final boss doesn't show up.
and I can't press AANything besides TAKE THE FINGER.
It doesn't say return the finger for me. and there's no statues to click.
relogged. doesn't work, tp to party member, doesn't work, since I'm in boss battle.
already asked everyone and submitted a report to ggg.

after restarting the game I got thrown out of it.
bought invitation again for 19 exalted.
Died twice on boss - same bug again.
GGGSupport only said: can't restore items.

now I can't quit the game without losing my invitation. Again.
