Possible bugs, re abyssal always have rewards mod, map overrun by abyss + ritual, focus desecration.

1. The abyssal pits always have rewards mod doesn't seem to give reward for every pit when running maps overrun by abyss.

2. Maps overrun by abyss will override ritual encounters causing them to not spawn.

3. Omen of the liege doesn't work with focus, it says Omen is incompatible with this item. Not sure if this is intended or not at least it wasn't obvious to me.
