Essences of the abyss no longer dropping after last week patch?

He folks i noticed that even tho essences spawn near abyss i dont see any of them being added to the mob. Ive seen it happen probably 15 times already.

Also had issue when rogue exiles that spawned near abyss did not get lich reborn
