Killing map boss using 6 mod T14 waystone in irradiated area does not give first atlas boss points

The tooltip says it requires an area level 79+ map that has at least 6 modifiers. A 6 affix T14 Waystone should have counted but it didn't. The tooltip says nothing about requiring a particular Waystone Tier.
