OBS Cannot Capture PoE2 After New Season

Since the new season, Game Capture no longer works with PoE2, which makes streaming very difficult. We believe this shouldn’t be too hard to fix, so I’m sharing what we tried. If anyone has an idea, please let us know.
Tried but not working: - Fullscreen & Windowed Fullscreen - DirectX 11 (works but unplayable performance) - Vulkan (works but heavy FPS drops and crash sometimes, especially on Nvidia) - Running OBS, Steam, and PoE2 as administrator (this is usually what solves the game capture issue but it did not work) - OBS Display Capture (in every way very poor performance) - OBS Window Capture (slightly better but far worse than Game Capture; yellow border issue on Win10) - Toggling graphics options (Vsync, Dynamic Res, Upscale, Multithread, Reflex, Dynamic Culling, etc.) - Disabling or uninstalling RivaTuner / MSI Afterburner - Updating OBS & Nvidia drivers For anyone with the same issue, the best temporary options are Vulkan with Game Capture or DirectX 12 with Window Capture. Unfortunately, neither comes close to the smoothness of proper Game Capture. If you want this game to reach more people, an urgent solution to this problem is required. |

i've seen many other streamers having the same issue, i understand it must be very frustrating to have limited performance not because of their hardware, but due to a stupid bug. hope we get a fix soon.
also, please, for god's sake someone mix some speed into this mephisto guy's drink. counted it myself, he yawned 7 times a minute, all with additional shouting turning our ears into a hellhole. very sympathetic guy otherwise, let the man enjoy his full performance. |

was able to reproduce with a 3080ti using win10, +1.
