Concoct support can consume charges from disabled flasks

Equipping Waistgate allows a life flask to be equipped in the second flask slot, and subsequently unequipping the belt disables using the flask. However, the disabled flask still gains charges as usual, and Concoct support can still consume charges from the flask. It is unclear whether the supported skill gains the bonuses from Concoct's effect consuming the charges, so more testing is needed.

I ended up tested several combinations of Concoct I and II supports with flasks with varying max charges, flask slot, and whether the second slot is enabled (Waistgate equipped). In summary, there seem to be two separate bugs: first, charges are indeed consumed from a disabled flask and still grant the bleed magnitude bonus, and, second, the bleed magnitude bonuses described on the Concoct supports are incorrect.

The raw data is on pastebin, consisting of columns of 10 mace strikes + bleeds followed by their average and the average's multiplier relative to the unsupported strike + bleed. The tests were conducted against Azmadi, the Faridun Prince (ignoring hits interrupted by phase change), using Resolute Technique to prevent crits, and with an average hit damage of 10217.6, a bleed chance of 100%, bleed duration of 5.46s, and bleed magnitude multiplier (before supports) of 2.68. I could not reliably prevent Azmadi from moving and taking bonus bleed damage, but my hope is that because Azmadi mostly teleports, the bonus from moving was small and got averaged out.

From the data, it seems clear that both Concoct supports grant bonus damage with an enabled or disabled life flask in the second slot. However, the bonus damage does not match the support gems' descriptions of more bleeding magnitude. In fact, the data seems more in line with the support gems granting increased magnitude of bleeding (except column 7 seems to be an outlier).

The tests are hardly exhaustive, but I could only tolerate running Qimah Reservoir and waiting in the boss arena for flasks to refill for so long...
