BUG Forged in Flame ascendency doesn't work correctly with unnatural resilience

I specced into Forged in Flame on my Smith of Kitava. I then specced into unnatural resilience. I have 7 red supports socketed and as you can see in the screenshot I am getting the increase to max fire res. But not the lightning or cold. All resistances are overcapped aswell.

same issue with me.

can we get a staff reply if this is intended? as with corrupt enchants for example it is working
