Logbook atlas passive detailed records not working

Hi

The atlas passive Detailed records works sometimes however in a ilevel 81 map i dropped a logbook which was level 81 instead of +1 (82). This shouldnt be possible since the wording is general being anything found in your maps.

Map was steppe with Breach/deli/ritual
