Simulacrum Stuck Cannot Progress to Next Wave

I see the menu to click to progress to the next wave but nothing happens when i click on it, also the boss is still stuck in an alive animation even though hes dead. I see Kosis too but when i click on him nothing happens :(. I relogged,tpd in and out, everything is dead cannot go to wave 13 my run got bricked on wave 12.

If i had to guess i think its because the game still thinks omniphobia is still alive because hes in a standing animation and making fat bastard noises. But then again i see the menu/prompt to go to the next wave so not sure.
