Ritual Tribute doesn't scale with Forge map, lost out on item

I did Ritual in a Forge map and got only 1324 tribute after 4 Rituals. I never died nor purchased a single thing in it, and have 4 rerolls even.

I suspect it's because the area they spawn in is very small compared to other maps.



Of course, this has to be the time I get an actual decent item from Ritual all game, and it's completely unobtainable because of it. It requires a 1752 deferral fee.
