Trapped in Ziggurat Encampment

I've just logged back into a character after the 0.3 update, and now seem to be soft-locked in the Ziggurat Encampment.
I cannot use the waypoint, I cannot interact with any of the to other instances (Jungle ruins, drowned city, sandswept marsh or temple of kopek).
The Gateway is open, but I cannot go through it or interact with it. I cannot open my stash or any of the crafting benches.
(However, I can talk to the NPCs, so at least they keep me company in my purgatory...)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
