[PC] Controller Currency Exchange - Price Updates

This is beyond annoying and was fixed at one point but is broken again. The currency exchange want/have quantities constantly change when the market ratio changes which means, on gamepad, you have to go back and forth updating prices and sometimes it will go through with the wrong price when it updates as you select confirm.

PLEASE FIX THIS ALREADY...

Side note: it also completes offers that aren't fully complete which makes you have to resubmit them
