abyss spawns in boss room

i was doing a deadly boss map (sacred reservoir) and the abyss spawned in the map boss room. the room triggers a slow walk animation and it made it impossible to activate the boss without being killed by the abyss. i missed out on the map since it locks on failure and lost a t15 waystone.
