Atlas instance error PoE 2

Hello, I’m having a problem with the Atlas maps in the game. Sometimes, when I open a map, I can’t enter the instance — it always gives an error. To make it work, I have to spend another map at the same Atlas point. The same thing happens when I need to buy something from another player; I can’t enter their hideout to complete the trade. Is there anything I can do to fix this error without having to waste my resources?
