Only 1 copy of Vitality II

I have one reservation gem on weapon set I and one on weapon set II, I am only allowed 1 copy of Vitality II. I thought we could use support gems on multiple skills now?

It seems to be not intended for spirit reserving supports: Duplicate Support Gems on Spirit Gems (even on different weapon sets).
