Reaper Invocation "Missing socketed skill" Bug

My Reaper Invocation can no longer be toggled. It does not matter what spell I put in after bricking the gem.

What should happen is

Steps to reproduce (May not be exact bug given everything I think is important)
1. Setup (may not be extensive but this is how I reproduced it)
Invoker with Notable "Lead me through Grace"
Body Armour with "#% Increased Spirit Reservation Efficiency of skills"

2. Enable Reaper's Invocation and have low spirit (such that taking off the armour disables it)

3. Take off Body Armour, Reequip Body Armour. If Reaper's Invocation becomes untoggled then the bug is a success.

You can still re-toggle it but once you unequip it, it becomes brick.

I have tried to fix it by
1. Quality (failed)
2. Corrupt (failed)
3. Level up by using a higher level spirit gem (failed)
4. Using other spells (failed)

Have not tried bricking other "Meta" skill.

I was forced to make another 6-link Reaper Invocation.

Same thing just happened to me, also with a Reaper's Invocation. I'm also playing Invoker, not with "Lead me through Grace" but I bricked my Reaper's Invocation after doing a lot of skill tree fiddling that produced various situations where I no longer had enough spirit for all my spirit gems while I had the Reaper's Invocation enabled.

I had an Elemental Invocation enabled at the same time, with the same set of gems socketed in both invocations, but the Elemental Invocation remains un-bricked.

I couldn't figure out a way to un-brick it either, also had to make another Reaper's Invocation.
