(PC) POE2 Freeze / Reload Screen Problem / Issue

Hi, i have an Problem while playing POE2 the Game Freeze/Crash and stuck on a Freeze Screen and a few Seconds later comes a Reload Screen and the Game continues and the Map is completly reset and undetected.

Any Solution?

this has been happening to me the entire poe 1 league.
wasn't too bad.like once an hour or so.
since the release of the poe 2 league,it now happens like every other map...
sucks.
