Performance Issues - Unexpected disconnections

Since the last update I have been experiencing unexpected disconnects. I can’t stay connected for more than a couple minutes. Disconnects even when I’m in my hideout crafting. I’m playing on an Xbox. I have tried all the recommended actions. The Xbox is hard wired to the internet. No issues with internet with other games or streaming.

Using a desktop or laptop, create & post an MTR log to the gateway you play on.

Guide here: https://www.poecommunity.help/information/server-connection

(Select the option "Unable to log into the game client? Click here.")

To be clear. My issues are with running POE 2 on an Xbox.

The connection from your router to GGG's servers should be the same regardless.

Games consoles aren't noted for their diagnostic tools. If you know of a way of running an MTR test using your Xbox and sharing the results with us here - by all means, please do.

Screenshot or photo?

There is no such thing as an MTR or WinMTR account, so it shouldn't be asking you for any password.

Again, to clear. I'm using a MAC not a PC.

Below is the screenshot request for a password.

Warning: mtr 0.96 is already installed and up-to-date.
To reinstall 0.96, run: brew reinstall mtr

ernest@MacBookPro ~ % sudo mtr wdc01.login.pathofexile.com

Sorry, try again.

That's not MTR asking for a password.

You are attempting to use 'sudo'. Your Mac is asking for a password.

I'm just following the guide. I don't know anything about this process.

The guide for the MAC says to: sudo mtr replaceme.

Then it says you will be prompted for a password.

It prompts me for a password.

I have been playing POE 1 and POE 2 for years on the XBOX. I have never had these issues until the most recent patch on Thursday. Everything was fine since the start of patch 0.03 until the 0.30B patch. This patch has made the game unplayable.
