No Fracturing mirrors in any delirium insttances

completely absent from the content - I've completed over 50 delirium/delirious mpas without seeing a single fractured mirror and therefore no simulacrum splinters from them. What is that?

Same here, was searching for answers. Not sure if they've been removed or if it's a bug.
