Locked inside a dead instance

Hey, so there is a bug with a last boss of Act 4 (Heart of the Tribe) - You can't teleport out of the zone after his transition to the phase where he runs away from the building.
How to replicate:
1. 1st person enters the boss zone while 2nd person stays outside of the arena
2. 1st person transitions the boss to the next zone and dies there, 2nd person is still outside of the arena
3. 2nd person invites 3rd person to the party for help
4. 2nd person and 3rd one go into the arena run to the next arena (the transitioned one) and you can't enter the actual "2nd" arena.
Both players are stuck in between 1st one and 2nd one. Can't tp out and the person that died can't resurrect.

Fix: every1 has to leave the game for 15 minutes.
