Corrupting Cry II different damage with Infernal Cry and Fortifying Cry

When I link Corrupting Cry with Infernal Cry, I get 2.2k dps. However, when I link it with Fortifying Cry, I get only 880 dps. The supports are the same: Brutality II, Swift Affliction II, Deliberation. I cannot see why it would be the case based on cries descriptions.
