Blasphemy skill working then not working

Hi, I use blasphemy with double curse and i have specced into double curse, it works, i have used it, been using it, then it just stops working and theres nothing i can do to make it work again, take curses out, recraft it, log out and log in, i dont know how to get it working again i have 242 spirit so its not that, i have all the right things to make it work and its not working.

i am playing a support character so when blasphemy doesnt work i cant do my job and my character is useless

,turns out that the curses have to be the same level as blasphemy, is this correct? seems stupid to me
