Life not recovering

Today, it happened a few times that my health wouldn't refill during/after a fight (currently in Act 4). Neither through regeneration, nor through the life flask, nor the fountain in Kingsmarch. Some of it resolved itself when I took more damage, and some of it just happened when I died... I didnt have this problem the last days.

That would be how the Lich Ascendancy passive Eternal Life works.

Your Life cannot change while you have Energy Shield.
Recovery requires changing your Life.
