Can't play the game, all characters stuck on loading screen

One of my characters got stuck on an infinite loading screen when I tried to enter The Manor Ramparts, I restarted the game more than 10 times, nothing helps.

I logged in with another character, everything was fine until I changed maps (in one of the interlude acts) and that one also got stuck on an infinite loading screen.

I restarted the game several times and it didn't work, I restarted my PC and waited (the issue started yesterday) and nothing changed.

Just tried with Standard characs as well, ALL my character get stuck on loading screen
