Chaos temple didnt delivery ascencion points

I just finished a run in chaos temple 10 rooms and showing the message that completing this trial will reward me 2 ascensions skill points.

I manage to complete the trial, receive the items rewards for the run, but when I clicked at the altar to receive my ascension points, it didn't work. I`m currently with 6 ascension points and tried to respec from chaos master, and didn't received my final 2 points
