Atlas Points Missing

Hello,

This is the first time this issue has happened to me. I have 4 points in my boss atlas tree already. Two days ago I went and killed the Anomaly boss at 79+ and he dropped the item that you right click to get the 5th and 6th boss tree atlas points. When I went into my atlas tree, i saw at the bottom 2 Atlas Passive Skill Points Available. I tried to put the points into my boss tree but they wouldnt go into the tree. I tried putting them in any part of any atlas tree and they wouldnt apply anywhere. I relogged to fix it, and when I got back into the game, the two points were missing and no longer showing at the bottom as available. I have since killed 3 more anomoly bosses with tier 16 maps and none of them have dropped the item to give me more atlas points. Please help.
