One of the characters linked to my account cannot log in.

In the new season, when the Deadeye character of the Ranger was in the Molten Hoard and tried to return to the city, it got disconnected. When logging in again, it can enter the character selection interface, but when trying to log in with the first character, it gets disconnected again. Other characters can log in and play normally.
I have tried many methods but still cannot log in.Please help me log into the game normally.
