Missing Weapon set passive point

Scenario:
I did all the weapon set skill passive points twice to make sure I didn't miss anything even though they are marked X on the map, but didn't get the weapon skill passive point.

I also noticed that "The Abominable Yeti' is not being crossed out but I did this three times and tried to even clear the map to no avail.

This is my second character and my first one was able to get all the weapon skill set passive point so it is kinda weird that this happened to my second one.

Please is there anyway to check on your side if I did miss something or it is a bug this passive point is a big power to my build and I apologized that this happened. Any update is would be great.

Checked the interlude again and was able to see that one quest not complete but did "NOT" had an icon for passive skill point. Did the quest and was able to complete the it.

Quest: Akthi and Anundr (scorpion and burrower boss fight)
