SKIN TRANSFER MICROTRANSACTION IS BUGGED/UNUSABLE!!

POE 2 will not allow me to use the skin transfer consumables I bought. It’s been way since the new league launched and it’s frustrating. I paid money for an item that doesn’t. I sent emails which directed to the threads and got an automated response that told me to send an email. It’s a vicious cycle. It’s also frustrating is that other games offer transmog for free, while GGG put theirs behind a paywall, only for it to not work at all. I’ll just inquire at Tencent and see if they can sort this out, because it seems like GGG (like NetherRealm studios) primarily respond quicker to streamers above all.

Same for me. I can't use them at all on xbox controller on PC, but can with mouse, but they also won't let you transfer skins across armor classes (Armor chest pieces onto energy shield pieces)

That’s another bug. Before the league, changing the armor to any piece you like was definitely possible. Everything’s messed up now. GGG really needs to look into this before it gets worse.
