Cannot access boss in Derelict Mansion

There is no "Strange Manuscript" for me to click to gain access to the boss. I tried relogging but that didn't do anything.

I used a map that dropped with layers of delirium on it, the map also has breach and expedition on it.

RIP deadly boss map.

I have the exact same issue. No Strange Manuscript. I did this map earlier, and didnt have this issue.
