blink gem

My character(deadeye) cannot use blink gem even though he has enough intelligence and spirit.And there's no reason showed in the game.What is wrong with this set?

BMP, Deadeye, and Blink can't be placed in skills despite having all the correct INT/Spirit. Add to that Unplayable laggggggggggggggggg.
