Atlas Point Skills Books - NOT GIVING ATLAS POINTS! TABLETS not giving MAPS +EXPERIENCE

I have now done the first quests for

Breach
Ritual
& Delerium

Each quest gives you a book for 2 ATLAS skill points. Each book that goes into your inventory that you READ - DOES NOT give you ANY ATLAS skill points.

So, what is going on witb the end game on Playstation. I am pretty pissed.

ZERO of my +10% Experience for your maps TABLETS have worked as well. I have done three towers. In each tower I completed a waystone with 6+ modifiers. Each time I would input a TABLET with EXPERIENCE that isnt showing up on my MAPS.
