Jagged Ground II Support Bugged, not creating jagged ground on aftershock

I've tried with a couple slam skills. This support does nothing, it does not create jagged ground on aftershocks at all

Leaving comment to raise visibility. Works fine for Jagged Ground I but the 2nd doesn't do anything.
This has been my experience aswell.
Commenting for visibility. Jagged Ground II still isn't working.

Guessing from the mechanics of Jagged Ground I, perhaps it's creating jagged ground with 0 seconds duration?

Adding to this for visibility. I have also tested Jagged Ground I and II, neither create the effect on any slam.

Additionally, the Persistent Ground supports overwrite or cancel the Jagged Ground native to Earthquake. The only Ground effect support that works is the one that gradually increases the AoE of Ground effects.
Yeah total QC fail. There are literally no conditions where this support actually works. So it was clearly not tested even one time. Also invalidates the use of every skill except one with shock wave totem, which was showcased in the season trailer, and it means there are groups of nodes on the tree which are again useless
This is still bugged in 0.3.0c

I've tried the following tests:

* Sunder + JG2 + Aftershock2
* Sunder + JG2 with Volcanic Fissure
* Volcanic Fissure + JG2
* Rolling Slam + JG2 + Aftershock2
* Rolling Slam + JG2 with Volcanic Fissure

In all cases, no JG appears on the slam skill nor the fissures. I didn't necessarily expect JG on both, just JG on one. No JG is perceivable.

To further confirm I used a shockwave totem to cause the JG explosions (which is very obvious visually). No explosions observed for any test.
This has been reported many times, never acknowledged, never fixed. Rapid casting bug reported, immediately acknowledged immediately fixed.....playing the wrong class lads

This bug removes all skill diversity from shock wave totem builds, a build showcased in the season trailer. This support doesn't work in any situation, so it was never tested
I feel like I'm losing out on some significant DPS. With jagged ground, shockwave totems do more than 3x the damage (than not having jagged ground).

Obviously, I'm making jagged ground with earthquake, but having the fissures receive the JG effect would make it hit more monsters faster (rather than me running around and doing slow ass earthquake slams in different spots).
