Interlude Resistances Penalty wrong

I have my character lvl 57 and I started the interludes, and I supposed to have -25% for each elemental resistance (-40% penalty + 15% from quests) but I have -35%. So I think the first range penalty from interludes (level 54-59) is wrong.

Upvote this. Went to interlude at 54 and got -20% extra for all resists.

For some reason it got reset to -10% when I logged into a different character and logged back in. Restarting the game on its own did nothing. I also chose a different server when logging back in.
