blood hunt + einhar`s beastrite

Blood Hunt with Einhat’s Beastrite works on dash but doesn’t work on explosion part of Blood Hunt.
Explosion triggers and deals damage even if target has more than 35% health.
At the same time, stealing modifiers on killing rare targets doesn’t trigger if target is killed by explosion, even though explosion’s description lists under “on-kill effects” that effect should trigger.
Dash description doesn’t mention modifier steal effect.
