Abyssal Apparition skill on Abysal litch crashes the game when consuming a power charge to spawn it in

I'm having this exact same issue, instantly crashes the game when I tried to cast Essence drain with the Abyssal Apparition skill allocated. Was able to repeat it in every area I tried. No crash report or anything just instantly crashed and dead. Even updated my drivers to make sure it wasn't just me.
