Unplayable map instance

Dear GGG,

I am playing on Frankfurt Europe and I just opened a new map for corruption nexus tier 12. I am on a gigabit wire and I usually have around 22-35 MS ping. When I enter the map instance - I get spikes up to 7000 MS. I cannot even attempt to complete the map and it is completely out of my control.

I dont want to fail the map and spend hours trying to find another nexus, I am loosing a lot of progress. I have the map open for almost an hour now hoping the instance will be playable again.

Can anything be done?
