End Game Bug on 2nd hero im done

So ive send multiple bug reports after ive spent a full day trying to get into end game because after killing Zolin it wouldnt go into the end game Zolin would come alive with 0 hp and keep hitting u while Doriyani shows up and once u talk to him it says quest finished and talk to the hooded one ive reset instances ive deleted and re-installed poe2 after 2 days with 0 response i figured maybe im just super unlucky so since i have gear and mats i re-rolled a new hero

after spending the whole day with the new hero and gettin to the end

Try going to Act 4, Kingsmarch to talk to the hooded one.
