Derelict mansion boss bug

i killed the ashen lord then the withered rose not targetable and just wander around cant kill her to complete map

Same issue here
The fight initially didnt start at all, so i did an abyss first
Coming back the ashen lord engaged me and the withered rose kept dancing.

Also there is a ritual on the map that just didnt load a single ritual shrine.
