Multi-player Issue

Since the new update and league is anyone having issues with joining friends? Second to that if you manage to achieve this, on console if you or friends die. You can't resurrect them unless you remove whatever skill you have for the button in this case X or you will not be able to resurrect your friend. Seems to be a bug

Was on for the first time in over a week and was not able to invite one of my friends or receive an invite from them to party up. Would click invite to party and no notifications. Also, tried to use the playstation menu to invite to join the game and it showed I was not in a multiplayer game...while literally accessing the menu by going to my friend's profile in the game.
