No Citadel lvl 90

So level 90 and still NOT A SINGLE citadel has shown on the map, i was under belief that a change had been made so that they highlight in the fog of war, but there is nothing, and yes ive done the go one way but still nothing.....

Want to add im now on my 3rd character who all got into maps, have done over 300 maps and still not a single citadel is showing on my maps.

Speaking in General chat im not the only one, whilst not everyone, i had 4-5 people with similar situation

By my calculation over 300 maps completed .... Clearly this is an issue, and still not even the 'beacon' of light through the fog of war that was released in previous patches is even showing.
