An unexpected disconnect

I'm able to login on all my other characters aside from my lich. My lich is sitting in hideout and every time I tried to login on it I get "An unexpected disconnect occurred". Any way to fix this or just wait for a fix?

same, this happened to me at the end of a map (waystone level 5)

I also have the same problem with the character. While clearing the map, the game crashed to the desktop, and when I tried to log in, I was returned to the main menu.
