PS5 party invite error " this account in instance transfer*" from psn

I got game party invite from psn network while both players in game, joined party but got error what was something like " cannot join group, this account between instance transfer" this happening season third edict patch 0.30b
There has been also lots of problems with "warp to group member"disconnect and group members going offline while respawning. Having Xplay enabled, maybe that's the reason.

I'm playing from Finland trough Sweden I think and had disconnected at least with player from Frankfurt other gamers I have not asked where they are playing from.

There are not lots of psn network help on net have to relay on ISP provided server and akaime info and been looking my own traffic, don't know if it's fellow gamers or what but looks like ps5 is contacting usa from Europe quite often, even thout I believe there must be regional game servers in Europe as well. But for me it looks like changing gameGW at login doesn't make big difference I mean like if I use Washington. gw I would play with parties at other side of the pond, or Japan example..

My understanding is that akaime provides "closest" server low capacity, maybe all not suffient for gaming or config route problems?

Forgot to add second invite trough psn network went trough ok and get party going.
