Shield Wall and Ahn's Citadel Support Gem are bugged

Around 30% of the time i use Shield Wall with Ahn's Citadel Linage Support Gem, the attack animation is playing, but no Fissure is spawning. At first i was thinking its because it maybe has not enough room for it to spawn, but i tested it in various positions and it does not matter.

Would be nice if it would function propperly, because the interaction is really interesting

if i would use Upheaval Support, and use the skill on the same spot as in the video, it will sometimes create the fissure, sometimes it would create 3 and sometimes it wont create any.
I think it maybe has something to to with the game being able to spawn objects, and if it would fail to spawn and object somewhere at the path it would just completely fail to trigger the skill

The same thing happens to me, with the same supports gems, it does the animation but no wall comes out, and well the result is that I die
