Derelict Mansion Map - Activation Failed Error

Hi, I've got a Derelict Mansion map on my Atlas that I can't seem to access. I've fulfilled the requirements to unlock it and I've put in a t6 waystone but whenever I try to traverse I get an error that states 'Activation failed. Map is not accessible.'

I saw this was supposed to be fixed in the recent patch but still doesn't appear to be working - other deadly boss maps appear to be accessible but this one in particular is broken.

I have this too, not just limited to mansion maps either, seemingly random maps are just not able to be launched. "Activation failed. Map is not accessible"
